Crowborough Welcomes SDVH [Self Drive Vehicle Hire] Car Hire, Van Hire, Minibus Hire and Truck Hire

Crowborough, on the edge of Ashdown Forest with Rotherfield, Withyham and Hartfield close by, is now covered by SDVH [Self Drive Vehicle Hire] for self-drive hire of every size.

CROWBOROUGH, East Sussex – SDVH [Self Drive Vehicle Hire] has expanded into Crowborough, so people and businesses across this High Weald town can now book car hire, van hire, minibus hire and truck hire with one provider.

"Crowborough is ringed by villages and countryside, so a hire vehicle often has to do more than one job," said James McNally of SDVH [Self Drive Vehicle Hire]. "A family might need a seven-seater for a trip to the coast, a smallholder could want a pickup, and a village club might book a minibus for an away fixture. We want Crowborough to be able to book all of that through a single provider."

Crowborough rail, parking and wider journeys

Crowborough station is a handy reference point for anyone arriving by rail, though its live access and forecourt arrangements should be checked with the operator. Parking and loading conditions differ from one facility to another in the town, so vehicle dimensions, loading rules and the correct entrance are worth checking for the exact pickup point. For longer trips, Brighton and Hove is about 20.7 miles away in a straight line; official guidance there covers the A23, A27 and A259 and sets out its own parking, loading and coach controls, which may not apply in Crowborough. In a straight line, Rotherfield is 2.7 miles from Crowborough, Withyham 3 miles, Hartfield 3.6 miles, Groombridge 3.8 miles, Mayfield 5.1 miles and Forest Row 6.1 miles.
